the resolution of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2012 No. 31 "About modification of the resolution of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 2010 No. 38" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.08. 2012, 8/26241).
