About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state Item 1 of part 1 of article 20 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2002 in the following edition:

"1) making of two or more crimes provided by this Code (different articles or one Article or one or different parts or Items of article) of which person was not condemned for one,".

Article 2. To recognize article 21 of the Code invalid.

"4.1. Provided by parts two and third this Article of the rule are not applied in case of assignment of punishment in case of recurrence of crimes, recurrence of dangerous and especially dangerous crimes.".
