About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 208 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code):

To add 1) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. The act provided by the first or second part of this Article which was made by the responsible person,

attracts infliction of penalty, from the thousandfold size of minimum wage, thousandfold to two, or imprisonment, for the maximum term five years.";

To add 2) with part 4 following of content:

"4. Article 2. In article 209 of the Code:

attract infliction of penalty, in three the thousandfold size of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for the maximum term three years.".

Article 3. In article 210 of the Code:
