Article 1. After the words "Individual entrepreneur" to add part 1 of article 187 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) with the words "state accounting".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 188 of the Code after the word "registration" with the word", accounting".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 212 of the Code of the word "in the organizations or at persons registered as the individual entrepreneur" shall be replaced with words "in the organizations or the individual entrepreneur".
Article 4. Regarding 1 article 280 of the Code shall be replaced with words the word "registration" "state registration, accounting".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
