a) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 16.05.2017 No. 214
b) in the Provision:
item 4 after the words "on several municipalities" to add with words "managements, departments, departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in part of the territories of the administrative centers of subjects of the Russian Federation,";
