Article 1

Bring in part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3301; 2006, No. 45, Art. 4627; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7335; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2304; 2015, No. 21, Art. 2985; No. 29, Art. 4394; 2016, No. 22, Art. 3094; No. 27, Art. 4169) following changes:

1) in Item 3 of Article 50:

b) add with the subitem 15 of the following content:

"15) notarial chambers.";

2) paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 65.1 after words "associations (unions)," to add with the words "notarial chambers";

3) Item 2 of Article 123.1 after words "associations (unions)," to add with words "notarial chambers,";

4) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of Article 123.8 the word of "notaries" to exclude;

5) paragraph 6 of Chapter 4 to add with subparagraph 10 following contents:

"10. Notarial chambers

Article 123.16-3. Notarial chambers

1. Notarial chambers non-profit organizations which represent the professional associations based on obligatory membership are recognized and are created in the form of notarial chamber of the subject of the Russian Federation or Federal notarial chamber for realization of the purposes, stipulated by the legislation about notariate.

2. The notarial chamber of the subject of the Russian Federation is the non-profit organization representing the professional association based on obligatory membership of the notaries who are engaged in private practice.

3. The federal notarial chamber is the non-profit organization representing the professional association of notarial chambers of subjects of the Russian Federation based on their obligatory membership.
