1) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "territorial authority of the Federal Migration Service" shall be replaced with words "territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the regional level (further - territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation)";

3) in Item 12:
