About entering of amendment into article 7 of the Law on regulation of business activity by licensing No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Part (2) article 7 of the Law on regulation of business activity by licensing No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001 (repeated publication: 2005, Art. No. 26-28, 95), with subsequent changes and amendments to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item e-2), the following content:

"e-2) stops issue, prolongation and renewal of licenses by means of e-licensing service if:

– the corresponding service does not function;

– in information system of the corresponding service wrong data are found;

– the attempt of tendentious manipulation of service of e-licensing is established.".
