About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of the automated system of accounting of payment of journey in urban passenger transportation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Paragraph one of part one of article 135 after the words "Bezbiletny Proyezd of the Passenger" to add 1) with the words "including journey without registration or composting of the travel document";

2) in Article 229:

in part one of the word and figure "paragraphs of the sixth and eighth Article 135" shall be replaced with words also in figures "paragraphs the fourth, the sixth and the eighth Article 135";

in part two:

in Item 1 of the word and figures "paragraphs of the sixth and eighth Article 135" shall be replaced with words also in figures "paragraphs the fourth, the sixth and the eighth Article 135";

in Item 2 of the word and figures "the paragraph of the eighth Article 135" shall be replaced with words also in figures "paragraphs of the fourth and eighth Article 135".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 32, Art. 273 with subsequent changes):

Article 1 to add 1) taking into account alphabetic procedure with terms of the following content:

"The automated system of accounting of payment of journey - the software and hardware complex intended for implementation of accounting of the provided transport services by means of the electronic ticket";

"The electronic ticket - the travel document of the established form which after registration in the automated system of accounting of payment of journey grants the right to the passenger on receipt of transport services";

"The ticket - the travel document of the established form which grants the right to the passenger on receipt of transport services";
