Make the following changes to "Procedure for price regulation on the medicines which underwent state registration and control of these prices", No. 209 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 3, 2015 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 6, Article 782; 2016, No. 5, Article 955):
1. In the second offer of Item 3.1 of the word of "US dollar exchange rate on the official site of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic for date of submission of the price declaration" shall be replaced with words "the official rate of national currency in relation to US dollar for the date established by Council for the reference of upper limit for the selling rate set by the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. Add Item 3.5 with the second offer of the following content:
"Wholesale and retail sale of medicines is performed at the specified prices whether regardless of that the taxpayer is the simplified taxpayer or the payer of the VAT.".
3. exclude from Item 5.5 of the word "and if it proceeds more than 2 (two) months".
4. in Item 5.8 after the word of "percent" to add with words ", and also upon purchase of medicines by medical institutions which are financed from the government budget".
