Bring in criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of fishery is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) of fishery by the State agency, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 17, 2013 No. 276 is determined (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 31, the Art. 1079), changes which are applied.

1. To add Item 1 after the paragraph of third with new paragraphs of the following content:
"The term of implementation of activities of subjects of managing in the field of fishery;
water intake amount the hydraulic engineering constructions and water intakes equipped with fish-protecting constructions;".
With respect thereto the fourth and fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the sixth and seventh.
