Bring in the Regulations on procedure for creation of administrative data concerning implementation of activities by organizers of trade, promulgation of information and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 25, 2012 No. 1284, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2012 for No. 1738/22050, the following changes:

1) in the Section III:

to state Item 3 of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

"3. Monthly Data consist from:

3.1. Certificates of the list of members of stock exchange, dealers in securities and their authorized representatives allowed to the conclusion of purchase and sale agreements of securities and other financial instruments on the organizer of trade (appendix 3 to this Provision).

3.2. Certificates of prudential standard rates of the organizer of trade (appendix 4 to this Provision).

3.3. Certificates of calculation of coverage ratio of obligations of participants of clearing (appendix 5 to this Provision).

3.4. Certificates of basic data for calculation of the size of own means (appendix 6 to this Provision).
