About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About customs regulation"

Article 1. ZR-241 of December 17, 2014 "About customs regulation" (further – the Law) "before registration in the Republic of Armenia as the permanent resident" shall be replaced with words words of part 1 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "about day of arrival of physical person in the Republic of Armenia on permanent residence in sense of this Law".

Article 2. To add Item 3 of part 1 of article 9 of the Law after the words "customs statistics of trade" with words ", customs statistics of mutual trade".

Article 3. Words of Items 1-3 of part 2 of article 39 of the Law of "customs warehouses" and their corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "warehouses of temporary storage" them corresponding case forms.

Article 4. To declare Item 2 of part 2 of article 50 of the Law invalid.

Article 5. To add article 60 of the Law with part 4 following of content:

"4. The statistical information on mutual trade established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia between the Republic of Armenia and member countries of the Union is submitted in customs authority in the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia no later than the 10th after departure (obtaining) of goods.".

Article 6. Shall be replaced with words words of item 4 of part 1 of article 98 of the Law "in the Republic of Armenia" "in Union member countries".

Article 7. In article 104 of the Law:

1) words of Item 2 of part 2 "it agrees, regardless of refining of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code," shall be replaced with words "according to part 4,";

2) to remove the words "and this Law" from Item 3 of part 2,
