About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 13, 2015 No. 298

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 13, 2015 No. 298 "About determination of the list of electronic control facilities" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.04. 2015, 5/40396) following amendments:
to add preamble after words of "The code of penal procedure of the Republic of Belarus" with words ", item 4 of part 11 of Article 47";
to add subitem 1.1 of Item of 1 appendix to this resolution after the word of "type" with the words "and the open type condemned to restriction of freedom with the direction in correctional facility".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 23, 2017.
