In the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 2 (the book I), Article 202, No. 3, Articles 397, 403, 429, No. 4, Articles 631, 647, 654, No. 5, Articles 835, 846, No. 6, Articles 997, 1010, No. 1010, No. 7, Articles 1247, 1249; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 30, 2016 No. 331-VQD) to make the following changes:
1. Under Article 419:
1.1. in the name of the word "Manipulation with the Prices" to replace with the word "Manipulations";
1.2. in disposition of the word "Manipulation with the Prices" to replace with the word "Manipulations";
1.3. "Note" to state part in the following edition:
"Note:
1. In article 419 of this Code "manipulations" are implied as actions, the stipulated in Article 78.4 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the security market".
2. Article 419 of this Code is applied in case the acts specified in this Article do not attract criminal liability according to the relevant article of the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
2. Under Article 420:
2.1. in the name "office" to replace the word with the word "insider";
2.2. in disposition of the word "intended for office use" to replace with the word "insider";
2.3. to state Item of 1 part "Note" in the following edition:
"1. In this Article "insider information" and "insider" is implied as the data and persons provided by articles 78.2 and 79.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the security market".".
