362-1.1. Not entering by telecommunications agencies (operators), and also their dealers and distributors of important data into the agreements signed with the serviced physical persons and legal entities and into information bases of subscribers during sale and use of means of communication -
attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of two thousand manats, on legal entities in the amount of three thousand manats. 362-1.2. Repeated making of offense, stipulated in Article 362-1.1 of this Code, person who received administrative punishment within one year from the date of entry into force of the decision on imposing of administrative punishment -
attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of four thousand manats, on legal entities in the amount of six thousand manats.
