add Item 16 with the words "Republic of Belarus";
in Item 41 of the word "Sanatorium of Chaborok shall be replaced with words "Sanatorium Chaborok";

in Items 51-54 the word "Sanatorium" shall be replaced with words "The isolated structural division (branch) the Sanatorium";

state Item 68 in the following edition:
