Article 1. Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About guaranteeing compensation on bank deposits of physical persons" of November 24, 2004 to add with ZR-142-N with part 3 following of content:
"3. Central Bank can issue Fonda the operating authority, connected with the activities provided by this Law, or other similar additional activities (including management of other guarantee funds) which shall not threaten proper implementation of the tasks of Fund provided by this Article.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
