About modification of the Regulations on structure and structure of assets of institute of joint investment

According to Item 38 parts two of Article 7 and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on structure and structure of assets of institute of joint investment approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 10, 2013 No. 1753, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 1, 2013 on No. 1689/24221 (with changes) (further - the Provision), the following changes:

1) to add the Section I after Item 5 with new Item 6 of the following content

"6. From decision date about liquidation of ISI:

the requirements for structure of assets of ISI provided by the Law and this Provision are not applied to such ISI.".

With respect thereto to consider Item 6 Item 7;
