According to Item 3 of the Section XIII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation I order:
1. Declare invalid the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of April 11, 2012 No. 241 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of acceptance and storage of declarations on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature submitted staff of the State Border Service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 27, 2012 on No. 652/20965.
2. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine lieutenant general Nazarenko V. A.
