About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 No. 349 "About reorganization of kolkhozes (agricultural production cooperatives)" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.07. 2014, 1/15162) following changes:
in part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the word "December 31, 2016." shall be replaced with words "on May 31, 2017";
in subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the word "January 1, 2017." shall be replaced with words "on June 1, 2017".
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
