According to Item 15 parts three of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of functioning of the natural gas market", to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities, No. 715 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities decide:
1. Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of September 22, 2011 No. 1580 "About approval of the Standard agreement on supply of natural gas on regulated rate", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 7, 2011 on No. 1155/19893.
2. On regulation of the relations in the oil and gas sphere to provide to department submission of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities of January 22, 2015 No. 35 "About approval of the Standard agreement on supply of natural gas on regulated rate", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
