The Federation Council Committee on Standing Orders and Parliamentary Performance checks compliance of the documents establishing the bases of early termination of powers of the member of the Federation Council to provisions of the Federal Law "About the Status of the Member of the Federation Council and the Status of the Deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" and by results of check prepares the conclusion.
