13) the research corporate center - economic society which is project participant in whose authorized capital hundred percent of votes falling on voting shares (shares) belong to the partner created in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and which performs research activities according to this Federal Law;
14) the research center - economic society which is project participant in whose authorized capital more than fifty percent of votes falling on voting shares (shares) belong to the partner and which performs research activities according to this Federal Law.";
