About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About notariate"

Article 1. "About notariate" (further – the Law) to state the article 1 Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-274 of December 4, 2001 in the following edition:
"1. This Law establishes the legal basis of activities of notaries in the Republic of Armenia, procedure of notarial activities and the main requirements imposed to notaries, procedure and the bases of appointment, discharge of notaries, legal protection of the notary, and also the relations connected with appeal of notarial actions and compensation of damage caused to persons by notarial activities.".
Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 3 of the Law of the word "the document certified or confirmed with the sign and seal of the notary" shall be replaced with words "Notarial act".
Article 3. In the title and the text of article 5 of the Law, in the second paragraph of part 7 of Article 35, 46, parts 3 of Article 47 of the word "privacy of notarial actions" shall be replaced with words parts 5 of Article "the notarial secret".
Article 4. In article 5 of the Law:
Part 1 after the words "it" to add 1) with the words "about execution of notarial action or other services, and also", and after the word "data" -" (the data which are notarial secret)",
Part 5 to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The message of data on opening of inheritance to heirs, creditors is not considered violation of the procedure for provision of the data which are notarial secret established by this Law.",
