In appendices No. 1 and 2 to the Order of the Government No. 474 of June 19, 2014. "About approval of the List of special means, types of firearms, ammunition and rules of their application" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 167-168, 517), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In appendix No. 1 in the Section "Ministry of Internal Affairs":
in column 2:
to add Item 2 after the words "Bulletproof Vests and Bullet-proof Vests" with the words "splinterproof suits and vests shock-proof";
in Item 3 of the word "Gas masks" shall be replaced with words "Protivogazny masks and the isolating individual protection equipment of skin";
to add item 4 after the words "Armoured Boards / Antishock" with the words "both bulletproof and shock-proof boards";
bring Items 6 and 7 of the following content:
"6. Splinterproof covers and capes
7. Storage containers and transportations of destructive devices".
in column 3:
in Item 1 of the word "Special Rubber and Plastic Bludgeons" shall be replaced with words "The special rubber, plastic, combined, sliding (telescopic) bludgeons";
to add Item 3 after the words "The Manual Smoke Grenade with the Irritating Gas" with the words "and with tear gas";
state item 4 in the following editorial office "Slezotochivny Gas Grenades and Cartridges";
to add Item 6 after the words "Aerosol packages" with the words "and with tear substance";
in Item 7 of the word "Cartridges with Rubber or Plastic Bullets" shall be replaced with words "Service cartridges and with rubber or plastic bullets";
in Item 11 of the word "Guard dogs" shall be replaced with words "Guard dogs or horses";
