About modification of Article 427 parts two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring 427 parts two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in the subitem 11 of Item 1 of Article (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 32, Art. 3340; 2016, to No. 27, the Art. 4176) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"11) for the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs who received participant status of the free economic zone according to the Federal Law of November 29, 2014 No. 377-FZ "About development of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol and the free economic zone in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (further - the member of the free economic zone);".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
