About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of social servicing of the population in the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of social servicing of the population in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following changes:

"children with limited opportunities of health are the children having the functional violations of health caused by diseases, effects of injuries or defects, leading to restriction of life activity as a result of physical and (or) mental defects and causing the necessity of their social protection;

risk groups - graduates of orphanages; the persons exempted from places of detention, who lost housing; the migrants who arrived on earnings from other regions in job searches;

the social volunteer - the physical person who is voluntarily rendering social services;

the social worker - the specialist having the necessary qualification conforming to requirements and nature of the work performed by him, and directly performing social servicing or organizing him in system of social services irrespective of their forms of business and types of property, persons which are in difficult life situation.";

2) in Article 4:
