1. give part 4 in the following edition:
"Tractors, and also motorized vehicles used in forest and agricultural industry which list is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. give part 5 in the following edition:
"Technological vehicles, and also other motorized vehicles which list is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, except for the vehicles specified in Items 1 and 3 of part II of article 27 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About traffic".
