About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on frontier of the Republic of Moldova No. 215 of November 4, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 76-80, 243) to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 3:

replace the concept "query" with the concept "operational task" of the following content:

"operational task – the data entered into the Integrated information system of Boundary police concerning being in one of the situations of persons, vehicles and documents which are subject to check during border control for acceptance of proper measures provided by the law;";

after the concept "control of border" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"check of the first line – the minimum and detailed check of persons belonging to them objects, and also vehicles, performed when crossing frontier;"

in the concept "check of the second line" of the word "and the things which are in case of them" shall be replaced with words ", the objects belonging to them, and also vehicles,";

after the concept "border control" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"cross-border crime – the criminal activities performed by one or more persons in the territory of, at least, two states, causing damage to the social values which are under protection of precepts of law;";

after the concept "mode of border area" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"boundary safety – the level of protection of interests of the personality, society and state in border area of the Republic of Moldova;";

after the concept "supervision abroad" to add Article with concept of the following content:
