Bring in the Procedure for carrying out tender on the right of lease of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 31, 2011 No. 906 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 67, Art. 2567; 2015, No. 40, Art. 1213), following changes:
to state paragraph two of item 4 in the following edition:
"The announcement of tender is published rather complete property complexes of the companies, the organizations, their structural divisions not later than 40 calendar days before date of tender; concerning real estate (buildings, constructions, non-residential premises) and other separate individually certain property - not later than ten calendar days before date of tender also shall contain the following data:";
the tenth the subitem 2 of Item 7 to exclude the paragraph;
in the first offer of Item 30 of figure "15" shall be replaced with words "three workers".
