About modification of the Procedure for laboratory providing quarantine phytosanitary measures
According to Item 24 of the Protocol on application of sanitary, veterinary and sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures (appendix No. 12 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 18 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in the Procedure for laboratory providing quarantine phytosanitary measures approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 10, 2016 No. 41, the following changes:
a) in the text of the word "about quarantine phytosanitary condition of quarantine products (quarantine freight, quarantine material, quarantine goods)" shall be replaced with words "quarantine phytosanitary examination";
b) in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word "about quarantine phytosanitary condition of quarantine products (quarantine freights, quarantine materials, quarantine goods)" shall be replaced with words "quarantine phytosanitary examination";
c) the paragraph one of Item 19 to state in the following edition: "19. The conclusion of quarantine phytosanitary examination is used:".
2. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2017.
