About recognition No. 549 which voided the Order of the Security Service of Ukraine of August 17, 2006

According to article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I order:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of August 17, 2006 No. 549 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for registration of materials about administrative offenses in the field of protection of the state secret and confidential information which is property of the state", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2006 at No. 1047/12921.

2. To provide to heads of department of legal support and Department of protection of the state secret and licensing of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
