Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2012 No. 156 "About approval of Rules of reference of shares of the Russian organizations which are traded on the organized market of securities to shares of the high-technology (innovative) sector of economy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 10, the Art. 1244).

1. In the name of the word of "shares of the Russian organizations" shall be replaced with words "shares and bonds of the Russian organizations, and also investment shares", to "shares" shall be replaced with words the word to "securities".
2. In preamble of the word "with article 284.2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation".
3. In the text of the word of "shares of the Russian organizations" shall be replaced with words "shares and bonds of the Russian organizations, and also investment shares", to "shares" shall be replaced with words the word to "securities".
4. In Rules of reference of shares of the Russian organizations which are traded on the organized market of securities, to shares of the high-technology (innovative) sector of economy, approved by the specified resolution:
