About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About power"

"About power" (ZR-148 of March 7, 2001) to remove words from Item 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "constructions or recoveries of new production capacities in spheres of power industry and heat-and-power engineeering, and also construction of networks of transfer or distribution in spheres of power industry and heat-and-power engineeering and natural gas,".
Article 2. To remove words from the concept "rate" of article 4 of the Law "constructions or recoveries".
Article 3. To add article 20 of the Law with item 4 of the following content:
"4. Licensed person is competent to provide the information on payments, debts, payment habits or obligations of the clients or on their accomplishment, to the credit bureau provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the address of credit information and activities of credit bureaus" in the procedures and framework provided by this Law.".
Article 4. The second offer of Item 5 of article 22 of the Law to state in the following edition:
"The commission establishes, reviews (confirms or changes) rate and makes the decision within 80 working days after submission to the commission of packet of the request of licensed person (in case of the small hydroelectric power stations and stations operating using renewable and other power sources – within 25 working days).".
