About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About power"

Article 1. "About power" (ZR-148 of March 7, 2001) to state Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"2. The established rates become effective in thirty days after decision making.
Effective period of rates cannot be less than six months unless:
a) licensed person violates conditions of action of the license;
b) as a result of appeal of the size of the established rates judicially, based on the court order the commission makes the new decision on settlement of a tariff.
In the specified subitem "an" of this Item case the commission has the right before the specified term to change rates of licensed person which will remain in force before elimination of the violation allowed by it.".
Article 2. To recognize article 43 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
