About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About power"

Article 1. "About power" (ZR-148 of March 7, 2001) to state the subitem "v" of Item 1 of article 59 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"c) within fifteen years from coming into force of the license for production of electrical energy (capacity) all electric power (capacity) made by small hydroelectric power stations or using renewable energy resources is subject to acquisition, in the procedure established by rules of the market.
In case of obtaining according to Item 2 of article 52 of this Law of the new license by person deprived of the license for production of electrical energy (capacity), the term provided by this subitem is calculated from coming into force of the first license for production of electrical energy (capacity).".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose after April 1, 2001.
