About modification in the Penitentiary code of Turkmenistan

I. Bring in the Penitentiary code of Turkmenistan approved by the Law of Turkmenistan of March 25, 2011 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2011, No. 1, Art. 8; 2013, No. 3, Art. 58; 2014, No. 1, Art. 42; 2015, No. 4, Art. 125), following changes:

in Item to replace 7 parts two of Article 86 of the word "at least a half" and "at least two thirds" respectively with the words "at least one quarter" and "at least one third";

in article 170 part two after the words "the relation to work and training for term of imprisonment" to add with the words "the introduction on the way of correction and".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
