No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes, and considering the made changes and additions in the Chart of accounts of financial accounting in licensed banks of the Republic of Moldova (The resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 248 of September 22 2016), the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations about the mode of required reserves approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 85 of April 15, 2004. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 67-72, of the Art. 168), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) In all text of regulations, except for Item 28, of the word "Administrative board" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "Executive committee" in the corresponding case.

2) In appendix 6:

a) in Item 1:

after account 2236 "Security deposits of physical persons" to add with accounts 2237 and 2238 of the following content:
