About modification and amendments in some regulations of National Bank of Moldova

Based on part 1) Articles 11, Item c) parts (1) Articles 27, Items and) and b) Article 51 and article 52 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015 No. 297-300, of the Art. 544), with subsequent changes and amendments, parts (10) Article 43 and article 67 of the Law on currency control No. 62-XVI of March 21, 2008 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2008, No. 127-130, the Art. 496), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. In the Instruction about the reporting of licensed banks under some currency transactions approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 11 of January 22, 2009 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 47-48, 178), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on February 21, 2009 at No. 654, to make the following changes and additions:

1) the Subitem k) Item 3 to state in the following edition:

"k) the report "The average buying rates and sales of the principal foreign currencies concerning activities of licensed bank for cash currency exchange with physical persons" (appendix No. 11);".

To add 2) After Item 9-1 with Item 9-2 of the following content:

"9-2. Calculations of average rates, information on which is reflected, in the report specified in the subitem k) Item 3, are stored in licensed bank in the procedure established by it.".
