And the second article 218 of figure "196" to exclude 2) in parts one;
The second Item of 1 part one of article 255 of figure "189 - 196" to replace 3) in the paragraph with figures "189 - 195-6".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
