Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 11, 2012 No. 1766 "About approval of Rules of hearing of cases about violation of requirements of the legislation on prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, or to financing of terrorism and application of sanctions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 2, 2013 at No. 9/22541, such changes:
