About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Family code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic)

Bring in the Family code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following change:
add Article 14 with Item 3 following of content:
"3. Persons guilty of violation of requirements of this Code about age of consent bear responsibility according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Voided according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic of 24.01.2017 No. 10
This Law becomes effective after one month from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring into accord with this Law the regulatory legal acts published by it.
