1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for conducting examination of projects of the specifications on food staples and foodstuff approved by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs in case of development and statement of food products on production.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Minister Kotkovets N. N.
