About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About television and broadcasting"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 18, Art. 155 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
The paragraph the fourth to state 1) to part two of Article 6 in the following edition:
"Appeals to unleashing of war of aggression or its promotion and/or incitement of race, racial or religious strife and hatred";
2) in Article 35:
third to add part with the Item "g"" the following content:
"") change of data of rather direct owner (joint owners) and/or final beneficial owner (controller) of the applicant";
the fourth to state part in the following edition:
"4. In case of the basis for renewal of the license for broadcasting in connection with change of form of business, conditions of activities of the licensee or change of data of rather direct owner (joint owners) and/or the final beneficial owner (controller) the licensee shall submit within 30 working days to National council the application for renewal of the license for broadcasting together with documents or their copies certified by the applicant confirming change. In connection with change of data of rather direct owner (joint owners) and/or the final beneficial owner (controller) the licensee adds data on structure of property taking into account the made changes to the statement for renewal of the license";
3) in Article 72:
in part two of the word "or licensed conditions" shall be replaced with words "and/or license conditions";
third to add part with the words "and/or license conditions";
the fourth to state the paragraph to part six in the following edition:
"Cancellation of the license based on the judgment in the claim of National council";
the eighth to state part in the following edition:
