Bring in Rules of hearing of cases about violation of requirements of the legislation on prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to either financing of terrorism or financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction and application of sanctions, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 11, 2012 1766, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 2, 2013 at No. 9/22541 (further - the Commission), the following changes:
