1. To add part 1 of article 75 after words of "city of Dushanbe" with words ", the transport prosecutor of Tajikistan".

2. To add part 5 of article 80 after words of "the chief of organization" with the words "with the consent of the prosecutor".

3. To add part 5 of article 98 after words of "behavior of the convict" with the words "with the consent of the prosecutor".
