Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 2, 2011 "About holidays" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 608; 2012, No. 7, Art. 684, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1011, Art. 1012; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 401; 2015, No. 3, Art. 209, No. 7-9, Art. 706; 2016, No. 5, Art. 371, No. 7, Art. 619) following changes and amendments:

1. In preamble of the Law of the word "regulates" also "celebration" respectively shall be replaced with words "determines" also "carrying out".

2. In Article 2:

- paragraphs two, the seventh and sixty fifth after the word of "workers" to add with the word of "bodies";

- paragraphs the thirtieth, the thirty first, thirty third, the thirty seventh, fortieth and forty third after the word of "workers" to add with the word "spheres";

- in paragraphs the eightieth and eighty first to replace the word "spheres" with the word "on".

3. In paragraphs nine and the tenth Article 3 to replace the word "spheres" with the word "on".

4. Add with Article 5 (1) the following content:

"Article 5 (1). Responsibility for non-compliance with requirements of this Law

Physical persons and legal entities are made for non-compliance with requirements of this Law responsible according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
