About modification and amendments in the Family code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Family code of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 13, 1998 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1998, No. 22, Art. 303; 2006, No. 4, Art. 196; 2008, No. 3; Art. 201; 2010, No. 7, Art. 546; 2011, No. 3, Art. 177, No. 12, Art. 855; 2013, No. 3, Art. 195; 2015, No. 11, Art. 960; 2016, No. 3, Art. 143) following changes and amendments:

1. To add part 5 of Article 1 after the word "accessories" with words ", and also education and property status".

2. "Other state bodies" to add part 1 of article 8 after words with words ", and also in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan, self-government institutions of settlements and villages".

3. The tenth Article 14 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

4. In Article 17:
