About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" (on May 17, 2000, ZR-60):

a) to add the paragraph of the eighth of Item 3 after the word of "bodies" with words ", and also State commission on protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia";

b) to add item 4 after words of "reliability of the documents connected with control of commodity exportation and dual-use technologies" with words "reliability of documents and other information provided based on the decision made by State commission on protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia in connection with consideration of the facts of violation of the law".

Article 2. Item 1 of article 2 of the Law before transfer "-the licensing state bodies." to add with new transfer of the following content:

"-State commission on protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia,".

Article 3. In Item 3 of article 3 of the Law of the word "the ministry as necessary" shall be replaced with words "the ministry or State commission of protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia as necessary".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the tenth day following official publication.
